Browns’ Myles Garrett was hospitalized after being involved in a single-car accident Monday afternoon. His agent says he has been alert and responsive to the extent of his injuries. The Ohio State Highway Patrol says neither alcohol nor drugs were a factor in the crash. The cause of the accident is not yet known. Both Garrett and his passenger were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, according to the OSHP.
