A woman from Cumberland County was one of two people killed in a crash in Wildwood, New Jersey, on Saturday night. It happened after a car rally led to unsanctioned drag races. Gerald White, 37, of Pittsburgh, was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree death by auto and nearly a dozen other related charges.
