Elon Musk says Starlink will seek exemptions to sanctions on Iran

Starlink is now active on all seven continents, connecting satellites in low-earth orbit with user terminals on the ground. The service is now available to the public in the U.S. and the rest of the world. It is the first time the service has been able to be used in a major country without interruption in the way of the internet. It has been used in emergency situations in the past, including the death of an Iranian woman who was not allowed to wear a hijab in a public office.
