A 2-year-old boy died from being left inside a hot car in Alabama on Tuesday. Authorities announced charges against the toddler’s grandfather. William “Bill” Wiesman was supposed to drop his grandson, Ian, off at the Kids Campus daycare in Oneonta, but instead went straight to work.
