Team Ninja is releasing two original action games this year – Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty and Rise of the Ronin. The studio is known for its classic action games such as Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive. It is also known as ‘Masocore’ – a sub-genre associated with 2D platformers. Wo Long is planned for release in early 2023 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
