Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney says she may leave the GOP if Donald Trump is the 2020 GOP nominee. Cheney is a vocal critic of former President Donald Trump. She was defeated in her August primary against Trump-backed challenger Harriet Hageman. Cheney’s term will end on Jan. 3, 2023, but she has not said whether she plans to run for president in 2024.
