The battery is manufactured by China’s ATL (Ningde Amperex Technology Limited), which also makes batteries for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and the Galaxy Fold 4. Safety Korea, a South Korean agency that certifies batteries, has certified the Galaxy S23+’s battery.
