Twitch will no longer allow live streaming of gambling sites that aren’t licensed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions that provide sufficient consumer protections. Twitch will continue to allow sports betting, fantasy sports, and poker. The changes will take effect starting on October 18th. Gambling is one of the most popular categories of content on the live-streaming platform. Some streamers have stated that they make up to a million a month from the gambling companies they feature on-stream.
