Tyrod Taylor is suing the Los Angeles Chargers team doctor David S. Gazzaniga for medical malpractice. The doctor accidentally punctured Taylor’s lung while trying to administer a pain-killer to Taylor’s ribs. The trial will begin in April of next year after being filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court in May of 2021.
